Figure Description Download data Explore
Figure 3 Patterns of Bvg-regulated gene expression in B. bronchiseptica RB50. Data View
Figure 4 Patterns of Bvg-regulated gene expression in B. pertussis GMT-1. Data View
Supplementary Figure 2 Differential Bvg-regulated gene expression between B. bronchiseptica strains. Each column represents the difference of log ratio (test/reference) intensity values from the strain grown in the absence of NA (Bvg+) versus the same strain grown in the presence of 20 mM NA (Bvg-). Red: Bvg-activated, green: Bvg-repressed, grey: absence of data due to absence of genes in respective genomes (as determined by CGH). Color scale is the same as Figures 3 and 4 with the brightest values representing an absolute log ratio difference of 2.5 or higher. Tree was obtained by hierarchical clustering. Data View
Supplementary Figure 3 Differential Bvg-regulated gene expression between B. pertussis strains. Each column represents the difference of log ratio (test/reference) intensity values from the Bvg+ phase-locked strain derivative versus the Bvg- phase-locked derivative. Data View
